Palazzo della Luce

Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Cassa di Risparmio, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 19th century, with a superb façade inspired by Juvarra’s style, modeled after Palazzo Madama.
On the first noble floor, the grand hall, originally a setting for public and private celebrations of the resident entities, has been restored to its original splendor after a careful restoration and enhancement process. Preceded by a majestic marble staircase, a full testament to neobaroque architecture, it is dominated by a tall coffered ceiling with stucco rosettes. An abundance of decorations that highlight its sober elegance and harmony.
